Google AdWords is a great way to get more people to your site who will hopefully buy what you are trying to sell them. In this article I want to show you the low risk way to get more visitors to your site so you can make more money without having to take a big risk with your money.
Step #1 - You have to make sure you have your sales system in place before you start trying to drive visitors to your site.
The bottom line is that you should not use this traffic source to figure out how to make money from your site. That will cost you a small fortune and you will end up going broke if you do this.
You have to realize that the second you turn your traffic on you are paying for people who click on your ad and come to your site.
So if it takes you 3 months to figure out how to make a profit, you could go thousands of dollars in the whole and never actually be able to recover.
So make sure you have used other sources on a small scale to get your sales system figured out so you can more easily make a profit in your niche market with Google.
Step #2 - When you start out you have to resist the temptation to drive 1,000 visitors a day to your site.
One of the greatest temptations that people have is the fact that they want to get 1,000 visitors to their site from day one.
You have to make sure you start out with 100 visitors a day and make sure those visitors are converting to profits. Once you have achieved this milestone you can start adding more and more keywords to increase your daily traffic volume.
That way when you do hit the 1,000 visitor a day level you will already be profitable.
